Building on the comprehensive C-CFSR process, SVC assists counties in developing detailed Program Evaluation Descriptions. This ensures alignment with state requirements and accurate reporting of OCAP funding. The work supports counties in meeting their reporting obligations and improving their child welfare services through precise data management and evaluation.
