The California - Outcomes & Accountability Review
The goal of Cal-OAR is to establish a local, data-driven program management system to improve CalWORKS programs. SVC has partnered with Inyo and San Benito Counties in this process.

SVC is well versed in data collection and analysis from sources including the US Census Bureau and CalSAWS, as well as individualized data including surveys, Peer Review Results, and focus group and stakeholder feedback.

SVC provides project management to ensure deadlines are established and met.

SVC organizes and facilitates Peer Reviews, both in-person and virtually.

Focus group and stakeholder participation are an integral part of the Cal-OAR process. SVC engages with stakeholders and focus group participants such as staff, management, parents, and youth via in-person and virtual meetings and surveys.

SVC assists counties to complete the required reports. SVC has team members with editing and formatting expertise to ensure the final report is consistent and professional.
