SVC’s diverse team, under the leadership of Lisa Molinar, combines “line to leadership” experience as well as child welfare policy to on the ground practice expertise. This means SVC brings the knowledge and expertise of folks who have practiced in the trenches of county child welfare, probation and CalWORKs systems as well as held management and executive roles at both county and state levels. Collectively, that’s hundreds of years of serving vulnerable children and families!
