Aubrey Norton
Data & Research Analyst

Aubrey participated in the Title IV-E Program while earning her BA in Social Work.  Upon graduation, she worked as a social worker for child welfare services.  Now, as a consultant for SVC, Aubrey utilizes her keen eye for data analytics and policy to aid counties in the completion of the C-CFSR process.  Aubrey also writes county-specific policies and procedures to assist counties in keeping up to date with the ever-changing child welfare laws, mandates, and initiatives.  In 2023, Aubrey earned her Master’s in Education.  She also serves on the Board of Directors of her local chapter of the California Federation of Women’s Clubs, with the goal of helping women and children in her community.

When Aubrey is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, eating, swimming, hiking, and snuggling with her cat, Bob.
